Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service, and we strive to find the best shipping and delivery options for each of our products.
Shipping Times
- Many of our products are sourced globally, so shipping times may vary based on the shipping method (air, sea, or land) and product weight/volume.
- If we are able to ship from a local supplier, delivery will generally take 4–10 days.
- If a local supplier isn’t available, shipping usually takes 10–35 days, depending on your location.
- Please note: shipping times listed do not include our processing time, which is 2–3 business days within the United States and 3–6 business days for other locations.
- Shipping times for each product are noted on its product page when possible.
Multiple Shipments
- For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be shipped separately.
Order Tracking
- You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order ships.
- If tracking isn’t available for your country, we’ll notify you and provide direct courier options when possible.
Customs & Import Duties
- Custom and tax fees may be applied to international orders and are not within our control; these are assessed by your local customs office.
- By purchasing, you accept responsibility for any customs fees incurred upon delivery.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, and post office before contacting us.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We understand how important it is for your order to arrive on time, and we do our best to make sure it gets to you as quickly as possible. Sometimes, however, packages may be delayed due to factors outside our control (such as postal delays, customs processes, or weather events).
If your package seems delayed:
- First, check your tracking information for any updates.
- Contact your local post office or delivery service—they can often provide more details.
- For international orders, allow a little extra time for customs clearance.
If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t locate it:
- Double-check your shipping address in your confirmation email.
- Ask household members or neighbors if they received the package on your behalf.
- Look in usual “safe drop” locations around your address.
If you have done all of the above steps and still cannot locate your package, please contact us at [email protected] within 10 days of the marked delivery date and include your order number. We will assist you in locating your package or advise you on the next steps.
Please note: For packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, you may need to file a claim directly with the shipping provider. We’re happy to help guide you through this process as needed.
Digital Products
Digital products (such as downloads and eBooks) are delivered instantly via email upon purchase and are not subject to shipping or delivery timeframes.
