As many of our products are sourced globally our shipping times will differ based on shipping method (air, sea, or land) and product weight/volume. Different shipping companies have different rates and shipping times depending on where the package is being delivered and how quickly delivery is required. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages.
How long does shipping take?
If shipping is available from a local supplier then shipping will generally take anywhere from 4 – 10 days. If a local supplier isn’t available then shipping is generally between 10 – 35 days depending on your location. We have tried to list shipping times for each product within its product description. Shipping times don’t include a 2 – 3 day processing time within the United States and 3 – 6 day processing time for shipping to other locations.
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may incur custom fees which you would be responsible for when they arrive in your country.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, we ensure that all our orders have tracking information. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email that contains your tracking information. If shipping with tracking isn’t available for your country we will let you know and provide you with direct courier options.
